I’m pleased to finally have the chance to read the first edition of Research Features Magazine, which contains several of my articles. The magazine’s format involves profiling a researcher and explaining their work and its significance to a wider audience in an accessible way, something I can get behind. Articles also include a Q & A which touches on some of the motivations and reasoning for scholars’ work.
It’s been a great opportunity to learn about other scientists’ research, especially as it is typically in fields outside of my own.
It’s mainly on the topics of health and medicine at the moment, but (much to my excitement) the magazine will soon be branching out into other subject areas hopefully. This will likely include environment and physics, so that’s an interesting prospect.
